Batun sallama kuwa, Shafi'awa da Malikawa da Hanbalawa sun ce wajiba ce, Hanafawa kuma suka ce ba wajiba ba ce. To amma Imamiyya kuma sun saba, wasu suna cewa wajiba ce, saura kuwa suka ce mustahabi ce. Daga cikin masu cewa mustahabi ce kawai har da Shaikh Mufid, Shaikh Tusi da Allama Hilli([247]).

Dangane da sallar jam'i kuwa, Hanbalawa sun ce wajiba ce, wajibcin kuwa kan kowane mukallafi ne idan har zai iya, amma idan ya bar jam'i ya yi salla shi kadai, to ya yi zunubi, amma sallar tasa ta inganta. Imamiyya da Hanafiyya da Malikiyya da mafiya yawa cikin Shafi'awa sun ce ba ta wajaba wajibci na aini (wanda dole kowa ya yi) ko ma na kifaya (wanda wani yake dauke wa wani) ba, sai dai mustahabi ce mai karfi.

Kan cancantar zakka kuwa, shafi'awa da Hanbalawa sun tafi a kana cewa wanda ya mallaki rabin abin da zai ishe shi, ba a sa shi cikin fakirai, ba ya halalta a ba shi zakka. Imamiyya da Malikiyya suka ce fakiri a shar'ance shi ne wanda bai mallaki abin da zai biya bukatunsa da na iyalansa a shekara ba. Saboda haka duk wanda ke da wata gona ko kaddara ko dabbobi amma ba za su biya bukatun iyalansa tsawon shekara ba, to ya halalta a ba shi Zakka.

Imamiyya da Shafi'iyya da Hambaliyya sun ce wanda yake da ikon nema ba ya halalta ya karbi zakka. Hanafawa da Malikawa kuma suka ce ya halalta kuma ana iya ba shi.

Kan kwana a Muzdalifa a yayin aikin hajji kuwa, Hanafiyya da Shafi'iyya da Hanbaliyya sun ce wajibi ne a kwana a can, wanda ya bar shi sai ya yi yanka (haka Al-Mugni ya kawo).

Imamiyya da Malikiyya kuwa suka ce bai wajaba ba, amma shi ya fi.

Sai dai sun halalta gabatarwar domin uzurai kamar gajiyawa ko rashin lafiya ko tsoro. Shafi'awa kuwa suka ce babu laifi a yi jifa gabannin alfijir domin lokacin da aka ambata na mustahabbanci ne ba wajibci ba (Al-Tazkira da Bidaya na Ibn Rushdi).

Kan daurin aure Imamiyya da Hambalawa da Shafi-'awa cewa suka yi ba ya halalta a daura aure da rubutu, watau dole ne a yi da baki. Hanafawa suka ce yana inganta idan mai neman aure da wacce ake nema ba sa guri guda.

Shafi'awa da Malikawa suka ce: waliyi na iya aurar da baliga shiryayya idan budurwa ce ko ba da yardarta ba. Idan kuwa bazawara ce, to sai da yardar ta, ba zai gudanar da daura mata aure shi kadai ba, ita ma haka. Ko da yake wajibi ne shi zai yi siga, ita ba za ta iya siga ba.

Hannafawa kuwa suka ce baliga mai hankali tana iya zabin miji da siga da kanta, budurwa take ko bazawara, ba wanda yake da walicci a kanta ko hakkin sabawa zabinta da sharadin ta zabi mutumin da ya yi daidai da ita, kuma kada ta yi aure da mafi karanci daga sadakin tamkarta.
